Churches Alive Online aim to offer a support service which:

  • Is easy to use
  • Exceeds your expectations

Support is through a support ticket system so that queries can be dealt with in a way which meets our aims.

You do not need an account on this website to submit a ticket, but you do need to be a customer. If you are not currently a customer, please use the Contact page.

Please note that all customers have an agreed allocation of support within their maintenance package. Please note that phone or face to face support is only available on request, and is deductable from your annual allocation of support time or charged at an hourly rate. If you are unhappy with your support in any way, please let me know.
